BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7304 Jarnigan Road, being on the southwest line of Jarnigan Road northwest of Gunbarrel Road. Lot 5C, Resubdivision of the North One-Half of Lot Five of the Frank Kelly Tract, as shown by plat of record in plat book 22, page 29, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4528, page 427, ROHC. Tax Map No. 148M-H-13. from R-4 Special Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Use is restricted to a beauty shop and hair salon only; 2. Growth Corridor Development Standards and the additional attached landscape conditions for the area abutting residentially zoned property except that there shall be a 6' site obscuring fence along the south property line, instead; 3. Attached landscape conditions for the area abutting residentially zoned property; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
